Maitland Apartments

project

Maitland Apartments

Together with Punthill, part of leading accommodation operator Veriu Group, we are introducing a new calibre of serviced apartment living into regional NSW, to meet the increasing demand of a sector which has, until now, had very little supply and diversity in regional areas such as Maitland. Ideally positioned in one of NSW’s fastest growing regional cities, and at the gateway to the Hunter Valley and the Singleton mining region, with many regional NSW Government departments located in the proximity, Maitland’s Punthill Apartment Hotel will provide quality short-stay accommodation for both corporate travelers and tourists. Metropolitan urban sprawl, a shift in lifestyle choices and an increasing awareness about the strengths and key economic benefits regional areas generates for the Australian economy, are now being recognised and will see Maitland continue to grow.

The building is a four-storey mixed use serviced apartment complex consisting of ground floor retail tenancies, reception area, and back-of-house areas; serviced apartments and housekeeping on levels one to three; and conference room, guest kitchen and gym on level three. The development will delivery 50 units and 76 key entries over four levels, with 37 ground floor car spaces.
